Here's what I don't get about Stoney Curtis and his relentless narcissism. You have an acceptable set-up here. As cheesy as it seems, Aurora does a capable job of believably parading herself in front of Mark, such that he solicits her to join him in the nearest locker room. Then out of nowhere, we switch off and Stoney is walking around, shaking hands, interrupting everyone and eventually bringing Gina Ryder into the mix. It's unnecessary! How about letting the actors do the acting and keeping yourself the fuck out of it? Stoney doesn't end up hurting their scene, thanks to Aurora and Mark's ability to perform, but still. If this is how this whole series is going to be, then I'm filing an official complaint.
